Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
Philippians 4:6
What is The Rosary?

The Rosary is a form of prayer used in the Catholic Church, consisting of repeated prayers and meditations on significant events in the lives of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary. Its structure includes the recitation of the Apostles’ Creed, Our Fathers, Hail Marys, and Glory Be prayers, organised around four sets of mysteries (Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious, and the Luminous Mysteries).
The Rosary’s origins trace back to the early medieval period, with the practice of monks using prayer beads to aid in reciting psalms, evolving over time. It became more formally structured in the 13th century through the efforts of St. Dominic and the Dominican Order, who popularised it as a tool for meditation and protection against spiritual warfare. Over the centuries, the Rosary has grown to be one of the most beloved and widespread devotions in the Catholic tradition.

The Blessing
In the Name of the Father,
And of the Son,
And of the Holy Spirit,
Amen.
An Bheannacht
In Ainm an Athar,
Agus ar an Mac,
Agus an Spioraid Naoimh,
Áiméan.

The Apostles’ Creed
I believe in God the Father Almighty,
Creator of Heaven and earth,
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, died,
And was buried.
He descended into Hell,
On the third day He arose again from the dead,
He ascended into Heaven,
And is seated at the right hand of God,
The Father Almighty,
From there He will come,
To judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The Holy Catholic Church,
The Communion of Saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body,
And life everlasting.
Amen.
Cré na nAspal
Creidim i nDia, an tAthair Uilechumhachtach,
Cruthaitheoir neimhe agus talún,
Agus in Íosa Críost, a aonmhacsan, ár dTiarna,
A gabhadh ón Spiorad Naomh,
A rugadh ó Mhuire Ógh,
A d’fhulaing páis faoi Phointias Pioláit,
A céasadh ar chros, a fuair bás agus a adhlacadh.
A chuaigh síos go hifreann,
A d’eirigh an treas lá ó mhairbh,
A chuaigh suas ar Neamh,
Atá ina shuí ar dheis Dé,
An tAthair uilechumhachtach,
As sin tiocfaidh sé chun breithiúnas a thabhairt,
Ar bheo agus ar mhairbh.
Creidim sa Spiorad Naomh,
Sa Naomh-Eaglais Chaitliceach I gcomaoin na naomh,
I maithiúnas na bpeacaí,
In aiséirí na colainne,
Agus sa bheatha shíoraí.
Áiméan.

Our Father
Our Father, Who art in Heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy Will be done,
On earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us,
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
Amen.
An Phaidir
Ár nAthair, atá ar neamh,
Go naofar d’ainm.
Go dtaga do ríocht,
Go ndéantar do thoil ar an talamh,
Mar a dhéantar ar neamh.
Ár n-arán laethúil tabhair dúinn inniu,
Agus maith dúinn ár bhfiacha,
Mar a mhaithimidne clár bhféichiúna féin,
Agus ná lig sinn i gcathú,
Ach soar sinn ó olc.
Áiméan.

Hail Mary
Hail Mary, full of grace,
The Lord is with thee,
Blessed art thou among women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now, and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
Sé do bheatha, a Mhuire
Sé do bheatha, a Mhuire, atá lán de ghrásta,
Tá an Tiarna leat,
Is beannaithe thú idir mhná
Agus is beannaithe toradh do bhroinne, Íosa.
A Naomh-Mhuire, a Mháthair Dé,
Guigh orainn na peacaigh,
Anois agus ar uair ár mbáis.
Áiméan.

Glory Be
Glory be to the Father,
And to the Son,
And to the Holy Spirit,
As it was in the beginning,
Is now, and ever shall be,
World without end.
Amen.
Glóir don Athair
Glóir don Athair,
Agus an Mhic,
Agus don Spiorad Naomh,
Mar a bhí ó thús,
Mar atá anois,
Mar a bheas go brách,
Le saol na saol.
Áiméan.

Hail Holy Queen
Hail Holy Queen, Mother of mercy,
Hail our life, our sweetness and our hope.
To thee do we cry,
Poor banished children of Eve,
To thee do we send up our sighs,
Mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious Advocate,
Thine eyes of mercy toward us,
And after this our exile,
Show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb,
Jesus, O clement, O loving,
O sweet Virgin Mary.
Pray for us,
O Holy Mother of God,
That we may be made worthy,
Of the promises of Christ.
Amen.
Salve Regina
Go mbeannaíthear duit, a Bhanríon,
A Mháthair na trócaire,
Ár mbeatha ár milseacht agus ár ndóchas,
Go mbeannaíthear duit,
Is ort a ghloaimid, clann dhíbeartha Éabha.
Is chugat a chuirimid suas ár n-urnaí,
Ag caoineadh agus ag gol, sa ghleann seo na ndeor.
Ar an ábhar sin, ós tú ár n-abhcóide,
Iompaigh orainn do shúile atá lán de thrua,
Agus tar éis na deoraíochta seo taispeáin dúinn Íosa, toradh beannaithe do bhroinne,
A Mhaighdean Mhuire cheansa, ghrámhar, mhilis,
Guigh orainn, a Naomh-Mháthair Dé,
Ionas go mb’fhiú sinn geallúna Chríost.
Áiméan.
