The Annual Cemetery Devotions in Ashbourne Church Cemetery take place on the Saturday evening of the June Bank Holiday weekend. The 7pm vigil Mass in Ashbourne Church that evening is offered for all those interred in the Church cemetery and the graves in the cemetery are blessed following the Mass. A priest then visits Killegland Cemetery for the blessing of the graves there.
Annual Cemetery Devotions in Donaghmore take place on the Sunday morning of the June Bank Holiday weekend. The 10am Mass in Donaghmore Church that morning is offered for all those interred in both adjoining cemeteries and those of Greenogue. The graves in Donaghmore and Greenogue are blessed following the Mass.
The graves in St. Declan’s Cemetery are blessed on the Saturday evening after the June Bank Holiday Monday. Mass is offered in Ashbourne Church at 7pm for those interred in St. Declan’s and then the graves are blessed by our priests.
