Children’s Sacred Board and Artwork Throughout the year, we encourage children in our parish to be involved in creative activities, such as colouring pictures or helping create our monthly sacred board, where we honour a theme or saint on the calendar during that month.
Saint Patrick’s Day 2025 In honour of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, a bilingual mass was celebrated in both English and Irish, accompanied by our choir, Irish dancers, and traditional Irish music.
Confirmation 2025 Congratulations to all the boys and girls who received the Sacrament of Confirmation. Thank you to Bishop Tom, our priests Fr Michael, Fr Brendan and Fr Stephen as well as to all those helping them to organise the beautiful ceremonies.

First Holy Communion – May 2024 Congratulations to all the boys and girls who received the sacrament of First Holy Communion.
Pentecost 2024- Celebration of Cultural Diversity As part of this year’s celebration of the Cultural diversity in our Ashbourne Parish we were doing the Prayer of the Faithful in different languages. We have offered different international food as part of the hospitality after the 11am Mass. It was a great opportunity to get together as a community and celebrate Pentecost.

Parish Pastoral Centre Fredrick Street, Ashbourne, Co. Meath Historically was a National School built on the church grounds in 1889.
St. Patrick’s Church Donaghmore, Co. Meath Church records date back from 1788.
